This is the Surecare lifestyle application catering for Telemedicine and Insurance services. This app provides you with services ranging from purchase to policy and package management. You can make you package purchases, update your profile, make claims book your doctor’s appointment as well as chat with us on your needs!

App Modules:

Here are few modules of SureCare app:

1. Login/Register
   • Customers can login/register using a mobile app. Agents can login using a mobile app
2. Buying Package
   • Customers can buy for them or agents can buy for any customer.
3. Paying Instalment
   • Customers can pay monthly, quarterly installments from the app. Agent can pay for customers
4. Renew Package
   • Customers can renew packages when expiring or is expired. Agents can renew customer’s packages.
5. Claim Policy
   • Customers can claim policy while that policy is active, If the admin approves the claim request, the customer receives the amount of claim. Agents can claim on behalf of customers.
6. Transactions
   • When customers/agents pay for renewal, buying or instalments the unique transaction is created with respective Id and Certificate (Certificate is a proof of payment like an invoice. Customers/Agents can view on app)
