Summary:

  • This is the Surecare lifestyle application catering for Telemedicine and Insurance services. 
  • This website provides you with services ranging from purchase to policy and package management. 
  • You can make you package purchases, update your profile, make claims book your doctor’s appointment as well as chat with us on your needs!
  • There are 3 basic roles
    • Customers
    • Agents 
    • System Users(Admin/Claim Manager/Customer Service)

Admin Portal:

  • Admin can manage customers, agents, other system users etc.
  • Admin can manage claims, promocodes, policies, packages, notifications etc.
  • Admin can add/edit customers, agents, other system users, policies, packages, notifications.
  • Admin can manage status of claims like reject/settle etc.
  • Admin can  add/delete promo code.
  • Admin can change their password.
  • Admin can add customers using CSV file upload with validations.

Customer Portal:

  • Customers can see products and it’s details with included policies.
  • Customers can buy products and do an online payment process at buying time.
  • Customers can renew products, change their payment period etc.
  • Customers can do claims on their active products policies.
  • Customers can chat with the admin.
  • Customers can see their active products, claims and transactions.
  • Customers can edit their profile and also can change passwords.

Agent Portal

  • Agents can buy products for their customers.
  • Agents can do online payment processes for their customers.
  • Agents can renew products, change payment period and do settlement of payment for their customers.
  • Agents can see their customer’s active products, claims and transactions.
